One of the best things about moving from New York to California is not having to deal with the snow and freezing temperatures anymore. Although, it still gets cold here it’s nothing like winters in New York.
So while most of my friends and family are bundling up and shoveling snow, I’m still getting dressed as if it was fall.
So here are three of my winter wardrobe essentials all packed into one casual weekend look.
Leather Bomber Jackets. When it comes to the fall and winter, quality outerwear is definitely an essential. In fact, depending on the style of your coat, it can quickly become the centerpiece to your outfit!
For instance, this brown leather bomber jacket that I thrifted a couple of years ago was built to last and can easily transition from fall to winter!
Flannel Shirts. Anytime that I can’t think of something to wear I always reach for a solid color flannel shirt. It’s a great way to still dress smart and look well put together without putting in a lot of effort.
Not to mention, softer flannels like this one from Uniqlo feel great on the skin!
Boots. Ironically, boots are definitely one of my favorite things to wear all year-round. Especially since there are so many different styles to choose from.
As always, thanks for reading!
