As the weather begins to warm up and we transition to lighter layers and brighter colors, I plan on incorporating some of my favorite vintage pocket squares back into my wardrobe. More specifically on the days that I decide not to wear tie, seen here. During the fall and winter seasons, I wore a white linen pocket square with just about everything. However, like I previously mentioned, a detailed pocket can enhance just about any outfit. Therefore, here are my top five pocket squares for the spring season.
***You can find some great vintage pocket squares in the scarf section of your local thrift store. They are usually mixed in between the female scarves.***
This square works well most of my brown, blue, and beige blazers. I often wear it with denim.
This silk floral pocket square can provide a very interesting pop of color for most grey blazers. Ironically, floral is currently on trend this season.
This other floral square works well with beige, green, and blue blazers.
This silk paisley square will be worn often with grey and blue.
Yellow, brown, and blue are some my favorite colors so this square will be worn regularly.
As always, thanks for reading!
