The Power of Neutral Colors

During the early stages of my style development, I often wore brightly colored pants, seen here and here. In fact, I always felt a need to incorporate that infamous “pop of color”. However, I quickly realized that most outfits do not need a lot of color to make a statement.

Neutral colors like brown and blue are wardrobe staples because they are appropriate options for both professional and casual settings. Therefore, you never have to run the risk of feeling like that guy at an event. And by “that guy”, I am referring to the gentleman in the room that looks uncomfortable in his clothes, and seems like he gave his outfit way too much thought.
