The mercury levels in most thermometers are reaching all-time highs in the city of Buffalo, NY. Beaches have become one of the most popular destinations, and backyard parties and fetes are being relocated indoors so that they can be accompanied by the convenience of air conditioning. Amongst all the heat uncomfortable perspiration, there is still much work that needs to be done. So even though I would prefer to relax at home with my MacBook and borrowed Netflix subscription, I still have to agonize under the blistering sun-rays with hopes of finding shade ever so often. However, with record-breaking temperatures comes the quintessential colored pair of shorts.

People that are familiar with my work are completely aware of my amorous relationship with blazers and well-tailored suiting. Although, I would love to wear to a blazer on this 90+ degree day like our Italian male counterparts, I had to succumb to the pressures of the sun and leave my beloved blazers on the hanger. Unfortunately, even an outfit this lightweight still produces the inevitable perspiration that is most closely associated with the summer months.
