Similar to the vintage suede briefcase that I recently found at a local thrift store, this salmon colored blazer was also a thrift store find that I picked up almost three years ago. Since then, it has become one of my favorite blazers for the spring and summer because of its bold color and lightweight construction fabric.
I actually don’t even remember how much I paid for this blazer but I know it was no more than $10, and every time I wear it I appreciate it that much more. That’s just one of joys of shopping via thrift, coming across a hidden gem that is both unique and rare.
Unfortunately, I don’t visit local thrift stores as much as I used to simply because I don’t have the time. I used to visit 2-3 local thrift stores at least twice a week and as a result, I found tons of leather jackets, suits, blazers, and vintage accessories. However, nowadays most of my free time is dedicated to working at Bureau and learning more about the made-to-measure clothing business (more on that later).
